It saddens me when I see the ‘latest and greatest promotion’ being unleashed on the unsuspecting crowd of hungry Offline Marketers. A crowd that is growing by the day, and I don’t mean ‘hungry’ in terms of hungry for information, I mean hungry as in ‘barely managing to make a dime’ from their knowledge.

The benefits of focusing on niches are too many to mention and you really don’t need me to explain them to you one more time. I will mention though that the key advantage is re-usability of your information products and recommendations.

You see, let’s say that you’re involved in the highly lucrative niche of health professionals, i.e. Chiropractors, Dentists e.t.c, it’s fairly easy to re-purpose your marketing assets (the things that make you money even when you’re not trying to) earn a profit, and then double it in by using the proven systems in a related profession.

I have done this many times, I’m still doing it, and until the results start to show that it no longer works as a business marketing system, I’m going to continue using it and teaching it.

Bottom line: Niche and niche FAST, or you’ll go broke, have no operational or visible results to show for your efforts, 30, 60, 90 or even 365 days from now … and that would be more tan unfortunate with everything at your disposal

If You’re Not Making At Least $1,000 a Month From Your Offline Marketing Consulting Knowledge … Why Not?

You really need to ask yourself what you’re doing wrong.

If you’re not yet making this small amount what actually do YOUbelieve is holding you back.

• It certainly isn’t a lack of available Customers
• It isn’t a lack of available Clients
• It isn’t a lack of services or products to offer
• It isn’t a lack of time (everyone has 24 hours in a day)
• It isn’t a bad economy (because businesses are spending money)
• It isn’t too much competition

I believe it is down to not knowing which foot to put in front of the other … so as to speak.

A Simple Blueprint for Success

Here is a complete blueprint you need to start making at least $1,000 starting in 30 days from now. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity. I never managed to figure out how to make things sound sexier than they are, and in reality, the best solutions are simple to understand and simple to implement.

1. Niche

Figure out your ‘Target Market’ – Not ideal client, I mean the general pool of business owners you want to serve

2. Ideal Client

Figure out your Ideal Client within that niche. This is the person that you want to really help solve their most pressing problems using your skills, knowledge e.t.c

3. Get in Front of Them

Shooting off a blind sales letter just isn’t going to get you great results. You will get some results, but how many you’ll get out of 100 or 1000 is pure guess-work. Why leave your success to guess work in this day and age?

4. Qualify Them for Being A Good Fit to Work With You

You need to have a qualification process in place so that you can easily weed out the ‘incompatibles’ and focus on setting and getting appointments with those that won’t be ‘toxic‘ as clients.

You want to only be having discussions with people who

a. Have problems and are aware of it

b. Are actively seeking problems

c. Are open to exploring what you have to offer as solutions

5. Charge Premium Prices

I mentioned recently that if you’re not charge premium prices for your services, you’re doing yourself a BIG disservice. You’re also creating an environment whereby clients will happily pay you the ‘honorarium’ (because it isn’t a fee when it’s so small) for what you do – How to charge premium prices is easy when you follow the guidelines I give you in this guide

The only way any or all of this is going to happen is if you take the first step and understand that having a niche that you focus on is not a ‘nice-to-have’ … It is crucial for your success as an Offline Marketing consultant.

So if you do only one thing as a result of reading this, let it be that you figure out your niche and start to focus your lead generation and marketing on understanding that niche.

Offline Marketing Mastery …

Get More Local Business Clients Easier and Faster

It’s always good to have a pipeline of local business prospects and clients that are waiting to speak to you about offline business. But the reality of the matter for you might be that you’re constantly having to chase after business. If you only have 1 local business prospect to speak to this week it makes that 1 call or meeting so much harder. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way.

How to Stop Desperately Chasing After Offline Projects

I teach a teleclass titled “How To Stop Chasing After Local Business” In that program, I explain that if there ever was a ‘secret’ for never having to chase after business it was this:

‘Become VISIBLE and FAMILIAR in the group(s) that you want to market to BEFORE you start marketing to them, because when you do this, you’re no longer an outsider trying to get in’

Think about it. If you ‘belong’ to a group either as a paid up or even fre.e pr associate member, depending on whether you’ve attended a few events, depending on your level of participation, there are numerous ways that you could introduce yourself ‘from an insider’s perspective. Do this and it makes the marketing of your Offline Marketing consulting services at least 50% or more easier.

I use this approach myself very successfully, so much so that I’ve never really had a need to join any of the 2 local Chambers of Commerce close to where we live in Illinois. To be clear, I’m not saying the local CoCs aren’t valuable resources because they are, however, I’ve found ways to become highly visible that mean I personally haven’t had a need to join…yet at least.

Once you have a ‘foot in the door’ so as to speak, your next step is to identify a niche and then people who are your ideal clients in that niche and interview them. This is one of the easiest ways to (a) start to quickly position yourself as an Expert and (b) enter a new offline niche
